E-Commerce Website for Belo Medical Group, the number one medical cosmetic clinic in the Philippines.
Challenge:
The 2020 lockdown posed challenges to the company as clinics were closed, leading to manual order processing. A solution was needed to serve customers and generate revenue despite the lockdown.

Goal:
To develop an online ordering system for customers to order Belo’s skincare products.
During the Discovery phase, the team gathered feedback and inquiry from customer service team regarding ordering of products.
The team also conducted a comparative analysis to determine where our customers purchase other products online, including Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and Beauty MNL.
Additionally, we referenced international brands like Sephora and Glossier to understand industry standards.
There are 2 existing personas to understand and address the unique preferences and challenges of the target market.

There was a high demand for purchasing skincare products online, such as essentials and prescribed products.
A need for a dedicated online platform
A custom online platform for Belo customers, providing a personalized user experience
